These Terms of Use explain the rules for using WIDGET, an app published by SELFMADE. By downloading or using WIDGET, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions can be sent to self.made.apps.factory@gmail.com.

APP LICENSE

WIDGET provides designs and tools for personalizing widgets on your device. Your license to use the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different license is shown for WIDGET in the App Store. These terms describe product-specific use of WIDGET and do not take away rights you have under that license or applicable law.

ONE-TIME PURCHASES

WIDGET offers individual features or content as one-time purchases. The item and price are shown before you confirm a purchase. Purchases made through Apple are billed to your Apple account and are subject to Apple's purchase, restoration, and refund processes. A one-time purchase is not a recurring subscription. If you have a billing or refund question about an Apple purchase, use Apple's purchase support or contact us for help identifying the item.

USING WIDGET CONTENT

You may use WIDGET's designs and other included content in the app and on your own devices. Please do not copy, redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of that content outside the uses allowed by the app, the applicable app license, or law. The app and its original designs remain the property of SELFMADE. or its licensors.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may update WIDGET, add or remove features, or fix errors. Device, iOS, and third-party service changes may affect how widgets appear or work. We aim to keep the app available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If a change materially affects a paid feature, contact us so we can help with the options available to you.

PRIVACY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Our WIDGET Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Use WIDGET lawfully and do not interfere with the app or other users. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these terms when WIDGET or the rules that apply to it change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. We will give any notice required by law before a material change takes effect.
